Q & A
For departments or individuals who have already purchased equipment, are missing equipment, need help tracking parcels, want to request a purchase, or need technical data.
I have a critical training date to meet — can I jump ahead of the line?
If you are a currently active U.S. military member, you have precedence over all civilian and corporate orders.
Will the PT A-Bravo fit current specs or manual requirements in range use?
PT A-Bravo models are current within DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) standards for a broad spectrum of use, depending on your branch within the DoD.
My headsets aren't fitting the PT A-Bravo — what do I do?
Some headsets require an alternate fit. All PT A-Bravo customers can modify their helmet, or have it modified, to accommodate U.S. military-issued headsets.
What kind of new tech can I expect from new models?
New models continue to be universal modules for in-field equipment used for land, sea, and air operations. Battery pack and logistic link services focus on U.S.-made equipment and new anti-transmission capabilities for sentry and team personnel.
Will ARC Rails be available for the new model?
Yes, on a limited basis to meet current requirements. ARC rails were originally designed for hard-hat mining operations and later adapted to tactical configurations — neither system was intended as a permanent solution for Picatinny rifle-system crossover. As plastics durability has improved, metal systems have taken a backseat for PPE. ARC rails are a product of the '90s, and critical updates have been made to address current soldier-system requirements.
Can I charge my range equipment and rifle applications from my helmet?
Yes. As new modules roll out, the public may or may not be informed of specific capabilities. Historically we have not detailed product development at trade events, in line with FAR requirements — our mission is applicable to the field soldier, not commercial markets.

Shroud Notes
Triangular Shroud Plates: There are 3 drill holes to accommodate triangular mounts. Holes can be expanded without damaging the helmet — additional drilling will not void warranty. Some plates will require shimming; you can do this by applying sticky-back Velcro under the shroud, above the rhino mount, which will angle (cant) the mount forward.
1-Hole PASGT Strap/Mount Plate: To ensure a correct fit for the PASGT mount, you must bend the tabs to fit the helmet using a wrench. The correct angle of the plate will be 20–25 degrees to coordinate NVG to eyes. Simply align the slot in the plate to the hole drilled in the helmet and apply the screw. Use Loctite Red 271 for a secure fit.
1-Hole MICH Adaptor Mount Plate: There's no need to bend the tabs on the MICH plate. Simply align the plate, mark the top of the hole for a snug bolt fit, and drill. Be sure to use a clamp or firmly press the bottom of the hooks to the lid of the helmet before applying the screw. Use Loctite Red 271 for a secure fit.
